Energy storage is becoming increasingly popular not only as a solution to solar energy intrinsic intermittency issue, but also to improve renewable energy penetration at corporate customer’s site.

While a single application might not be sufficient to justify the BESS (Battery energy storage system) investment, it is possible to combine several applications, to be performed by the same BESS unit, each of which brings in a specific revenue stream or savings to the corporate customer.

The combined effect allows for better energy management and performance onsite, with increased renewable energy penetration, and reduced costs.
