Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

The highest standards.
Peak Energy integrates the most stringent Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements across project life cycles, from project design to long-term operations. Protecting the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, contractors, customers, visitors, and stakeholders is a core operational requirement and a sharedresponsibility across the organization.

Our Commitment
We implement and maintain a structured HSE framework that assigns clear responsibilities at all levels. Workforce engagement is embedded through safety committees, inspections, and incident reviews, ensuring active consultation and participation across all sites. All personnel, including partners and contractors, receive appropriate training to understand their HSE responsibilities and operate safely. We also upskill business associates as required to align with Peak Energy’s standards and all applicable legal requirements.

Health and safety considerations are integrated into every phase of our operations: planning, design, installation, execution, O&M, and commitment for compliance with Peak Energy’s standards is required from all employees, contractors, customers, and visitors. We continuously monitor HSE performance through audits, reporting, and feedback loops, and we periodically review our policy at regular intervals and or when needed to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness.

Built-in Safety Across the Project Lifecycle
PV System Design and Optimization
Our installations are engineered to maximize yield while minimizing shading, cable losses, and thermal increase. All projects follow national and international safety requirements, including:
• Safe access design (walkways, lifelines)
• Fall-protection design
• Controlled access and egress

We use only certified tier-one modules and inverters, supported by rigorous factory inspection, testing, and certification such as:
• Fire rating
• Salt mist testing
• Weather and high-wind loading
• Aging and performance validation

Rigorous Installation Procedures
Our contractor selection process evaluates team methods, performance history, and adherence to HSE controls. On-site project engineers oversee:
• Daily safety checks and reporting
• HSE document review and approvals
• Compliance with approved risk controls

Lifetime Performance Monitoring
Peak Energy provides continuous oversight of operational assets through:
• AI-managed 24/7 monitoring
• Periodic inspection of key components
• Scheduled cleaning and maintenance
• Preventive replacement

Continuous Improvement
This HSE policy is communicated to all stakeholders and HSE Performance will be reviewed regularly to support continual improvement across Peak Energy’s operations.
Our goal is straightforward: maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performance environment for every project, every day.
